The Role

As an Auto Salesman/Saleswoman, you will be the face of our brand. Your main mission is to help customers find the right vehicle for their needs while ensuring a smooth, friendly and professional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in identifying vehicle options and features
Conduct test drives and explain product benefits clearly
Build long-term relationships with clients
Negotiate and close sales confidently
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and financing options
Meet monthly sales goals and contribute to team performance
Handle paperwork and follow company sales processes

Requirements

Previous experience in auto sales or customer-facing sales (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-driven mindset with a high sense of initiative
Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and reliability
Valid driver’s license
